Julian is the author of the industry standard text book “Water Loss Control Manual”. Julian also recently co-authored two key AWWARF reports and currently serves as the IWA WLTF pressure management team leader. He is an active current member and past Vice President of the AWWA water loss control committee and was Chair of the AWWA M36 re-write committee for the 3rd (2009). Julian works as a specialist consultant to the World Bank in South America.
