Andrew is the Chair of the Water Audit Software subcommittee of the AWWA, that has developed the most widely used software for calculating water audits. Andrew is also the current chair of committees for the American Water Resource Association and the Water Environment Association of Texas.

Background

Andrew is a specialist in state-of-the-art technologies associated with all aspects of NRW reduction. He is a leading expert in project management and analysis of acoustic leak noise loggers, having been involved in the three largest projects in the United States. Andrew is also a leader in the promotion of standards for auditing within the U.S. through the development of the AWWA water audit software tool. His global experience includes work in the water industries in Oman, England, Australia, and the United States.
