Bill is a member of the CSA B-45 Committee (Plumbing), the Task Force Committee regarding water-efficient toilets, and the Task Force Committee regarding dual-flush toilets. He is past chair of the Ontario Water Works Association Water Distribution Committee, and AWWA Teleconference Committee.

Background

Bill is a Founder and Principal of Veritec Consulting Inc. He serves as Managing Director for the water and wastewater demand side management services offered by the Company.

 

He has extensive experience in designing all types of residential and municipal water efficiency programs, "C"-factor and fire flow testing, computer models of distribution networks, water meter selection and sizing, water efficient equipment testing and evaluating, and training personnel in various aspects of water efficiency.
