Background

Paul’s recent experience as a senior manager in the Bristol Water utility business, President of Water Systems Optimization Inc. and Principal of Veritec Consulting Inc. has provided a broad range of experience in areas as diverse as: Performance-based NRW reduction projects, Leakage and demand management, Hydraulic network modeling, GIS and Network operations and maintenance.

Paul also has extensive international experience, having worked in Nigeria, India, Malaysia, Trinidad and Tobago, Russia, Barbados, USA, Bahamas and Canada.
