Ariel has been with Miya since January 2007, as Vice President for Corporate Development. He is responsible for worldwide corporate development activities, including all investments in new water technology companies. Prior to joining Miya, Ariel was Vice President for Marketing at Msystems, a vendor of flash-based products (acquired by SanDisk). Ariel also served as Bluetooth Business Manager at Texas Instruments, where he was responsible for worldwide sales, marketing and business development of TI's Bluetooth business.

Ariel worked for 10 years at Comverse Technology, a leading vendor of enhanced services for wireless operators. His roles included senior managerial, marketing, sales, R&D and account management in various divisions in Comverse Technology.
Ariel holds a bachelor degree in Mathematics, Physics and Computer studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
