From 2009 to 2014, MIYA implemented a comprehensive NRW management program, and water audit, which included applying management methodologies and NRW strategies to reduce both commercial and physical losses. Thanks to Miya’s performance, NRW was reduced from 63% to 34%, over 2.5 million people were connected to the water distribution system and 24/7 water service was achieved.
